MCA #4, Monday Evening

After a night spent running around getting shot at (as per usual), Atton had managed to grab like two hours of naptime before jumping back on a portal back here. It had dropped him off in the afternoon, which left him enough time to get another quick hour's worth of sleep and then change into some Earth-appropriate clothes (Metallica t-shirt, jeans. The fingerless gloves were never going anywhere now that he had them back, though). Because it felt weird to be hanging around a bunch of Earth teenagers in a Jedi tunic.

Oh, and order some pizza. Based on Karina's elaborate instructions. (Barbeque chicken with mushrooms and green pepper? Pepperoni with extra pepperoni? ... Okay, he couldn't fault the meaty one. Still. That girl was terrifying.) He had some soda in the fridge (Pepsi, not that he knew. It had been on sale) and a six pack for Sparkle. And he had a really terrible yet amazing holovid about a Togruta Jedi padawan and his Togruta detective girlfriend, set against the backdrop of the Great Sith War. (Whoever had written the damn holo clearly knew nothing about the era barring Exar Kun's and Nomi Sunrider's names, but eh.)

It had explosions. And melodrama. Sparks and Karina were teenagers, they'd appreciate at least one of the two.

Thusly prepared, he flopped back on the sofa. Okay. Maybe he could still fit in another five minute power-nap...?

"I don't think I've met that one, thank god," Karina noted. "But if I do, I'll make sure to slam the door in his face."

"What about 'Minor Pyrotechnics Indoors' Sparkle? I like that guy. He and I are buds," Sparkle wondered, pursing his lips a little. "Glitter-On-Everything Sparkle is reserved for school functions and tormenting Skywalker."

They were important life goals, here.

"No pyrotechnics in the house, or my brooding landlord is going to show up to try and be sarcastic at you," Atton advised.

He stretched his legs out. Togruta Jedi on-screen managed to make it out of the Temple, where his Togruta girlfriend was waiting for him.

"Anyway, let Poet Sparkle and Realist Sparkle know they probably won't get dropkicked out of the window."
