Theoretically, Dantooine was friendly to the Jedi again - much of what Meetra had done while they were here had improved the locals' opinion of them exponentially. Not only that, but crime had dropped down to a new low, the locals were rebuilding, and everything seemed nice and homey-- but. But that didn't mean the planet's surface had been scorched entirely of bad guys and mercenaries.

Mical had tracked down some mercenary chief to a cave system not too far from the Jedi Enclave. The guy had caught wind and taken some hostages. So of course Atton had been brought in, and they'd cleaned up the caves but good-- but the guy still had the hostages.

And he was waving around some grenades.

Not at Atton, mind you. Atton wasn't stupid - he'd looked for a way around the particular cave the guy was in, and if that meant dealing with the local wildlife - egh - he would.

( Mical was keeping the guy busy... )
