suitably_heroicSo the ceiling in the Jedi Enclave's library wasn't exactly what you could call nice. So far Atton had counted about ten stains in the patch he was looking at alone. And... was that mold? Wow. Maybe they needed to bring in some cleaning droids.
"Not that I have any problem with you showing an interest in the library," Mical said delicately, as he shelved an important document. "But since when do you... well... show an interest?"
"I don't," Atton informed the ceiling. "I'm just waiting for Mira and Visas to get back."
"You can keep waiting for quite a while longer, then." That voice belonged to Brianna. Not that he could see her, but both the sound and the presence-- yep. "Why is he here?"
Atton sat up. "Because I wanna be here," he shot back. "Schutta."
"You are laying on my workspace, fool," Brianna snapped. "Leave at once."
"I'm not laying anywhere, I'm sitting."
Mical brought his palm up to his face. "Let us be civil," he said. "If Atton wishes to familiarize himself with the Enclave--"
Click, said something far away.
Shewwwwwwwww, said the power as it cut away.
Bzzzzt, said the lights as they switched off.
Snap-hiss, said three lightsabers all at once.
"Ah," said Mical. "I fear the wiring has given up on us again."
"Seriously?!" Atton held his lightsaber up towards the ceiling. It gave off just enough illumination to show one dead lamp, but nothing else. "You've been here for months, and the lights still aren't working?"
"Now, that's not fair. They work fine the majority of the time."
That earned him the galaxy's most epic scowl. "Right," Atton said, "I'm going to go fix that, because clearly you can't be trusted near the wiring. E chu ta, you're useless." Holding his lightsaber in front of him as a lighting source, he made his way down towards the exit. He was reasonably sure he still knew where all the electronics were located. Reasonably.
Splash.
"... And your pipes are leaking! What in space have you people been doing around here?!"
